Bachelor’s degree in mining

To get admitted in this course, a student has to obtain a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution, with at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent cumulative grade point average (CGPA) in aggregate and 45 percent marks or equivalent CGPA for candidates belonging to SC/ST or persons with disability.

For Honors graduates the aggregate will include marks of both Honors and pass papers.Candidates appearing for the final bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination can also apply, provided that on their selection to the program, they submit their mark sheets and certificates latest by December 31, 2009.

The sanctioned strength for the MBA programme is 40 and the reservation policy of Government of India meant for higher educational institutions is trickily adhered to. CAT scores are used for short-listing candidates who have to apply for admission to ISM separately.IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program.
